Grant Cardone Net Worth in 2026: Real Estate, 10X and More

Grant Cardone net worth is often discussed in billion-dollar terms, but his personal fortune is different from the property portfolio he manages. The American entrepreneur built his name as a sales trainer and author before expanding into multifamily real estate, online education and major business events. Celebrity Net Worth estimates his net worth at $600 million as of September 2026. It is an unofficial estimate, not an audited disclosure, but it offers a current reference point for understanding his business empire.

Grant Cardone Net Worth in 2026

Celebrity Net Worth lists Cardone’s net worth at $600 million, updated September 17, 2026. Cardone has not published a complete personal financial statement, so the figure cannot be independently confirmed. Yahoo Finance described a $400 million figure as “rumored” in July 2025, while a March 2025 report cited the $600 million Celebrity Net Worth estimate. Such differences are common when a private entrepreneur’s assets, debts and ownership stakes are not fully public.

The larger numbers attached to Cardone usually refer to Cardone Capital, not property he personally owns. The company reports $5.4 billion in assets under management, 14,850 apartment units, $2 billion raised and more than 20,000 investors. A 2026 SEC offering circular describes a portfolio valued at about $5.5 billion. These investments involve outside investors and property-level entities, so their gross value cannot be added to Cardone’s personal net worth.

From Car Sales to the 10X Business

Cardone did not begin as a property mogul. After graduating from McNeese State University, he entered automobile sales and moved into dealership training and consulting. That work gave him a platform beyond selling cars himself: he began teaching sales teams how to follow up with prospects, handle objections and close deals. The Real Deal reported that he spent years consulting before a San Diego apartment acquisition in the early 2000s made him a multimillionaire.

He turned that expertise into a broader education business. Cardone Training Technologies and Cardone University provide training and consulting to individuals, sales teams and companies. His official biography says his clients have included Google, Sprint, Aflac, Toyota, GM and Ford. He also built a publishing and speaking career around books such as The 10X Rule, Sell or Be Sold and If You’re Not First, You’re Last. The 10X Growth Conference, launched in 2017, added a live-event platform to his courses, coaching and media work. Together, these activities created income streams beyond property investing.

Real Estate Became the Main Wealth Engine

Cardone has said his first property was a $78,000 house, bought with a $3,000 down payment. He later focused on apartment buildings, where rental income and long-term property values could be scaled through larger acquisitions. In 2016, he launched Cardone Capital, raising money from accredited and non-accredited investors to access multifamily deals.

The firm’s scale explains why real estate dominates discussions of his wealth. Cardone Capital lists 45 multifamily properties, 14,850 units and more than 500,000 square feet of office space. SEC documents describe fees paid to its manager for services such as asset management and acquisitions, while detailing the fund structures and investors’ ownership interests. Such fees and Cardone’s own equity stakes may contribute to his wealth, but the value of the entire portfolio is not his personal income.

New Ventures, Bitcoin and Business Risks

Cardone’s interests now extend to Cardone Ventures, 10X Health System, 10X Studios, online education and conferences. In 2026, Cardone Capital also promoted a real-estate-and-Bitcoin strategy. CoinDesk reported that the firm held roughly $200 million in Bitcoin as of May and that Cardone planned to use property cash flow for further purchases. Advertised return targets are projections, not proven earnings or guaranteed gains.

His fundraising business has also faced investor litigation. In the Pino class action, investors allege that Cardone and related entities made misleading statements about fund returns and debt; the defendants deny the allegations. The case website says the court has not decided who is correct and lists a trial for March 9, 2027. The dispute is a relevant business risk, but it does not establish a specific financial loss.

According to Celebs America, Cardone’s financial story is best understood as a combination of sales education, a personal brand and real-estate investing, not as a claim that he personally owns every asset associated with his funds.
